The No-Fuss Pour Over Guide

Great pour over comes down to a few consistent variables. Start with a 1:16 ratio — 25g coffee to 400g water at 96°C.

  1. Rinse the filter and add medium-fine grounds.
  2. Bloom with 50g water for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in slow spirals to 400g total.
  4. Aim for a 2:30–3:00 total brew time.
  5. Swirl, settle, and enjoy.

Dial grind finer if it runs fast, coarser if it stalls.
