## Shipping Policy **Ember & Origin Coffee** roasts to order and ships fresh. Here's what to expect. ### Processing time All orders are roasted and packed within **1–2 business days** of purchase. We do not ship internationally at this time. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are available at an additional charge — contact us for a quote. ### Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime at [your account page](https://shopify.com/81555521769/account). ### Subscription shipments Subscription orders ship automatically on your chosen schedule (every 2, 3, or 4 weeks). You can skip, reschedule, or cancel anytime from your account — no penalties, no questions. ### Wholesale orders Wholesale orders ship via freight or ground depending on volume. Delivery timelines are confirmed at order placement. Contact us at wholesale inquiries for details. ### Damaged or lost shipments If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within **7 days** of the expected delivery date.
