Spring Roast Updates: What's New on the Roaster

Spring brings new green coffee and a few profile tweaks. We've lightened the Yirgacheffe drop temperature slightly to lift the florals, and nudged Ember Espresso a touch darker for more body in milk.

Subscribers will see the new Ethiopia and a returning Guatemala rotate in over the next month.
